The Workforce and Labor Policy Committee addresses issues relating to labor regulation, healthcare, health and safety, workers' compensation, employee-reporting requirements and other HR-related legislation. The committee meets the third Friday of each month via Zoom will meetings beginning at 9 a.m. All committee meetings are open to BIA members and invited guests.

2. Jim Monahan of the Dupont Group will join the meeting to discuss Medicaid. A number of changes were made to federal law earlier this year, and the state will be considering several pieces of legislation this session relative to those changes. Jim will discuss the changes and what efforts will be made as a consequence of those changes.
