The BIA is fortunate to have coaching and consulting-based members. The newly formed Executive Leadership Institute was launched as a way to bring these members into the fold to offer and expand our training offerings. The new BIA Executive Leadership Institute will be the umbrella to programs like the Ascend Executive Leadership Program and others we continue to establish.
