Technology Policy Committee
The Technology Policy Committee addresses issues relating to the ever-expanding use of telecommunications and high-speed internet connectivity by employers throughout New Hampshire, including expansion of the 5G network and other radio frequency technologies, regulations on cyber threat protections and policies governing data breach reporting, and efforts to expand private sector telecommunications infrastructure throughout the state to improve access, quality and reliability.

9:10 a.m. Reminder of BIA’s webinar on New Hampshire’s new comprehensive consumer data privacy law (SB 255) hosted by Cam Shilling and sponsored by McLane Middleton on Thursday, May 23, 11 a.m. to noon.
9:15 a.m. Friday, June 7 next committee meeting. TENTATIVE based upon any pertinent legislative updates. Otherwise, next meeting will be Friday, Sept. 6 via Zoom.
