Challenges of the New Employment Landscape
Wednesday, October 28, 2020 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM ESTCOVID-19 has changed how we do business, especially when it comes to workforce. It has never been a more critical for employers to understand federal and state rules and regulations governing the workplace. From paid family leave, to implementing new health and safety guidelines, to collecting unemployment, the rules have changed. This forum is designed for large and small employers to learn and ask questions of the experts. This special webinar is designed to give you the answers you need to avoid litigation and get your employees back to work. Topics covered will include the details about federal paid family leave/paid sick time programs and state/federal unemployment benefits. Our expert panel will also discuss ways to avoid common pitfalls many employers may fall into, and the impacts COVID-19 has had on our work environments.

Panelists include:
Andrea Chatfield – Attorney, Cook Little Rosenblatt + Manson
James Harris – Attorney, Sheehan Phinney
Rich Lavers – Deputy Commissioner, NH Department of Employment Security
Val Zanchuk – President, Graphicast, Inc.
