BIA Legislative Scorecard and Victories & Defeats

BIA publishes an annual legislative scorecard that tracks and reports how each legislator voted on key business legislation, allowing you to make informed decisions about your candidates on Election Day. The easy-to-follow voting guide indicates whether each vote was consistent with BIA's position.

The second half of this document is a review and summary of business-related legislation includes bills on which the BIA worked on behalf of its members and the broader business community. The bills cover a variety of issue areas important to New Hampshire businesses. Each section contains the title of each bill, a description of why it was good or bad for business, the outcome and whether it was considered a victory or a defeat.
